Working as a Star One Soccer Recruiter is not like working for a typical company. You are an independent contractor rather than an employee. Star One Soccer gives its recruiters full responsibility for recruiting participants for our Soccer Skills Challenge events. Star One Soccer requires that recruiters be self-sufficient and have a strong understanding of how Star One Soccer works.

As a recruiter, you will be given your own Star One Soccer card-code. Your code is a unique number that you share with potential participants. When a participant signs up for an event using your name or code, Star One Soccer credits your account $5.00. That's all there is to it.
Recruiters can make money simply by telling their friends and family members about the soccer skills events!

The philsophy is simple. We want Washington's Youth Soccer Players to have fun with their soccer skills.
At the Soccer Skills Competition, players 5-16 years old compete for the best scores in fundamental Soccer Skills Challenges. Top scorers from each age group and level of play (recreational or select/premier) progress to the finals in July, 2009. At the finals, players try to beat the best ever scores in the soccer skills challenges, for a chance to win a trip to England for the player and parent or $1,000 plus 2010 Season Sounders Tickets.

Not only are the Soccer Skills events a great way for players to get together and test their skills, but parents are also able to download our seven soccer skills challenge packages for further at-home training.
If you have ever been to a Star One Soccer event, you would see that our system is well organized and our staff is educated and professional. We strive to produce a quality service and construct a safe zone for soccer players.

Star One Soccer contractors usually become recruiters by invitation. However, for a short period of time, we are opening this opportunity to anyone who would like to earn some more money. Opportunities are limited by territory to protect the integrity of this program and to help limit unreasonable recruiter competition.
